We are typically 24-48 hours out from the time we speak to set up service to having a technician out for your initial treatment. We do offer services Monday-Saturday 8AM – 6PM at your convenience.

Interior:

– A specialized in-wall outlet treatment in which we remove some of the face-plates off of the electrical outlets and apply products within the exterior facing walls.
– Treating common moisture points like under sinks in bathrooms and kitchens.
– Treating common entry points like doorways and window seals on the main level.
– The garage floor is treated for any crawling bugs.
– Attic or crawl space treated for an additional $10 each if requested.

Exterior:

– Careful inspection for any pest activity
– Direct treatment to any and all activity; including ant beds/mounds, webs and wasp nests.
– Heavy exterior power spray of 8-10 gallons of product; creating a 3-5 foot protective barrier around the perimeter of the home.
– Granulation of all plants hooked up to a drip station within 25 feet of the home.

Once we’ve flushed everything out of the home with that initial service, we typically won’t need to treat inside again as long as we keep that barrier strong with those every 60 day treatments. Of course we’d be happy to treat inside whenever requested.

If you do opt for recurring services and corresponding pricing, we do ask that you sign a service agreement that legally allows our technicians to come onto your property to treat. You may cancel this agreement at any time if you are ever dissatisfied. We do, however, stand by our highly specialized treatments, our outstanding service, and always offer free re-treatments between scheduled services if ever needed.

Keep the services as long as you’d like to remain pest-free. We use the very best products that begin breaking down at 60 days per EPA requirements. If we can keep that barrier strong, we have a real good chance of the neighborhood pests not coming right back. Ideally, we’d like to treat through all four seasons to get ahead of the breeding cycles to really sanitize the property and solve the pest problem.

If canceling after the initial service, without taking an additional service, we do bill the difference to the one-time treatment we also quoted.
