This company is truly the best value in San Antonio and the metro area. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to have them in my toolbelt as a realtor especially specializing in new construction homes that are unfortunately so prone to pest and critter problems. Bulwark has always been the saving grace with incredibly fast response times and very dedicated employees who are all just very kind and friendly. Most notably I want to point out Randy who truly went above and beyond on his visit. From walking the full parameters, to sealing all cracks and crevices, to spending time to give suggestions and add tremendous value, he was truly very stupendous and stood out like a sore thumb as an exceptionally caring person. I also want to mention Rufus (James) as well for responding to several weekend calls and texts as well and for recognizing the human on the other hand. I have seen these guys in action with rodent as well as pest treatments and I can tell you that now, everyone should have their number programmed. Thank you for all you do!

Kyle Winder-Davis did our bi-monthly service and demonstrated tremendous attention to detail. We have both scorpion and rodent challenges living near undisturbed desert and Bulwark’s approach has been very good. With that said, Kyle distinguished himself even further by his diligence in seeking out potential problem areas. He also performed an interior treatment on the “front lines” where scorpions try to get in our walk-out basement door. We appreciated Kyle’s continuation of great service from Bulwark.
