Excellent service by Gustavo Calvo III!!! He came in and really inspected and attacked German roaches in my units. Previous tenants left a mess and I’m treating it right away prior to renovations. He is very nice and knowledgeable. I trust him—he’s who I want to be my regular maintenance guy for pest control (although with his work, I doubt the pests will be around for too much longer!). I have a one week follow up with him.

How long does Scorpion Wall last?

Bulwark offers a 1 year warranty on the application. After that time period we will offer a 1 year extension at a much lower cost. A light coat will be applied where needed to ensure the slick properties are maintained. This will be offered every year.

Is Scorpion Wall 100% effective at keeping scorpions out?

With professional installation, Bulwark provides a 100% guarantee when accompanied with a general pest treatment plan. Scorpions can still be tracked inside by getting into storage bins and boxes that are brought into the home and by other means. If there is ever a concern that the Scorpion Wall is failing, we will come perform an inspection and reapply the coating where needed at no charge.

How does Scorpion Wall work?

Scorpion Wall is a new service that keeps scorpions from getting into your home. It creates a slick surface that makes it impossible for scorpions to climb. It also increases the effectiveness of your general pest plan, as scorpions and other pests attempt to climb Scorpion Wall, they are attaching the pesticide to themselves at an increased rate. The more pesticide they come in contact with, the faster they die.

What is Scorpion Wall?

Scorpion Wall is a new service, designed to work in conjunction with your general pest control plan, that keeps scorpions from getting into your home. A clear coating is painted onto the foundation of the home. When this coating dries and cures, it becomes so slick that scorpions and other pests cannot climb it. Thus, keeping scorpions from getting into and even on to your home.

Is a Home Seal for Scorpions the same as Scorpion Wall?

Although same in purpose, Scorpion Wall and a Home Seal are very different. The Scorpion Wall service includes a coating that is applied to the foundation stem-wall of a structure. A Home Seal for Scorpions seals cracks and possible entry points throughout the inside and outside of the home.
