- Purchase iPads for every pest control technician, reducing paper and energy consumption. This ongoing effort helps us save the equivalent of 12 trees every month.
- Have developed a comprehensive training program for all new pest control technicians. These courses teach new team members eco-conscious product application techniques and personalized customer service practices.
- Promote safe work practices, technologies, and emergency preparedness programs, empowering team members to be proactive about their safety and the safety of others.
