Bulwark offers a 1 year warranty on the application. After that time period we will offer a 1 year extension at a much lower cost. A light coat will be applied where needed to ensure the slick properties are maintained. This will be offered every year.

Scorpions can still be tracked inside by getting into storage bins and boxes that are brought into the home and by other means. If there is ever a concern that the Scorpion Wall is failing, we will come perform an inspection and reapply the coating where needed at no charge.
