The dreaded day came when the tubes showed up at the house and we needed to schedule the professionals. We needed to have a termite treatment done and it was so overwhelming how many companies are out there that promise to do the right thing. We had multiple companies come out and settled with Bulwark. Mike was extremely thoughtful and thorough as he walked the entire house. He found many more areas than the previous companies and took the time to show us the process for removal. Unlike the other companies they didn’t have to drill all over the garage or add boxes to our walls. The scheduled service day came and Jamie promptly showed up and got to work. He was clean, detailed and explained next steps before he left. You truly pay for the service you receive and we are very satisfied thus far with their service.

My technician, Trey, does a great job. He arrives on time, checks with me to see if i have any issues or concerns and completes the work as promised. Good follow-up too.
