Since we have been in Las Vegas, this has been our third exterminating service, and by far they are the best. We had the other two companies just put down treatment applications, but we still had some of the same bugs. We had a big infestation of carpet beetles that got into our house somehow and this is the only company that got rid of it in one application. They are punctual and reasonable. Maxx Bruno was our technician and was professional and thorough. He did our garage our outdoor areas, perimeters, and our interior. Pet friendly also.
James Ferguson was a fantastic termite tech! Very thorough and respectful. As we both work from home and have to coordinate our schedules around appointments like this, we have found that many techs will be rude regarding our time. James was the opposite of that behavior. We asked that he not knock on the door, to assure our dogs didn’t go crazy disrupting remote meetings, and he was perfectly accommodating. Especially helpful with the fact that we had him doing our house and the next door neighbor’s house at the same time. Thank you for being so great James we truly appreciate your hard work. Thank you!
